From 1 to 4 October 2025, the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the G&D Foundation was held in Rome. In a spirit of collaboration and commitment, members reviewed the achievements of the year and defined future lines of action. The meeting reaffirmed the Foundation\u2019s mission: to promote cultural, educational, and social projects that transform lives and communities.<\/p>\n\n

Transparency and Ethical Commitment<\/h4>\n\n

The Board approved the 2024 financial statements, audited by Berney & Associ\u00e9s, with a favourable opinion. The financial results reflect responsible management that ensures the continuity of programmes and the global impact of the Foundation\u2019s initiatives. Each initiative represents an opportunity: a scholarship, support for the sustainability of a cultural centre, an open door to education. <\/p>\n\n

2025 Donations Plan<\/h4>\n\n

During the Assembly, the new Donations Plan was approved, focusing on projects in education, culture, and social development in various countries. The geographical diversity of these initiatives reflects the Foundation\u2019s global commitment to well-being and equity. <\/p>\n\n
