Il fonctionne comme un \u00ab club \u00bb \u00e9ducatif qui compl\u00e8te l\u2019enseignement scolaire formel et la vie familiale, proposant divers programmes tels que l\u2019\u00e9tude accompagn\u00e9e, les comp\u00e9tences de vie, la cuisine, les activit\u00e9s manuelles, les activit\u00e9s culturelles, les ateliers pendant les vacances, le mentorat, le service communautaire et les rencontres spirituelles. <\/p>\n\n<p>Son approche repose sur des valeurs solides, l\u2019ouverture aux filles de diff\u00e9rentes croyances et origines, et la formation de jeunes femmes confiantes,
